Last Thursday the Linford family got a little bit bigger. Brandon's younger brother Casey and his fiance Marta welcomed their daughter Peityn Elizabeth into the world.

Ruby was beyond excited to see and hold little Peityn. (We left the king of destruction at home with his grandma). I have to admit that I was a little excited, too. There is nothing like snuggling a sweet little newborn and it has been 10 years since my last niece was born-- I've been waiting for awhile!

Since Great Grandma and Grandpa Linford happened to be in town this last weekend Casey and Marta decided to give Peityn a name and a blessing on Sunday.
