Mr. Wyatt Turns 9 Months Old

You read that right, our little guy is 9 months old!



He is an army crawling machine. Let me tell you, he gets around. His favorite place to visit is near the dog bowl or wherever Mom happens to be standing. Sometimes he pushes up onto all fours, but most of the time he is more than content to army crawl (and might I ad that he does it quite speedily).





He loves to eat. Baby food is old news. He wants hand held food like cut up apples, grapes, bread, and yogurt melts. And, of course, he wants to feed himself-- so grown up! Although he doesn't have any desire to hold his own bottle.

Mom is loving that he plays independently for long periods of time. He can entertain himself for quite awhile with toys, but he really prefers to shred paper and gnaw on books.

His sleep schedule is finally back to normal (it was really out of whack for most of the month because he was sick, teething, or enduring a growth spurt). He sleeps from 7-7 and takes 2 daytime naps. His morning nap is usually choppy because we go to the gym, but we tend to make up for it in the afternoon. :)

We love our little red more and more each day we spend with him.
